Midnight Sun International School
We support a school in Langbinsi in northern Ghana. Although basic education is free for nine years in state schools, school uniforms, food, textbooks, and learning materials must be paid for. We are happy to provide support so that children like Abdul-Rahaman Bawia can also receive an education when their parents cannot afford the additional costs.
Terms and conditions of participation
1. Organizer

2. Action period
The competition will take place between September 16, 2025 and September 30, 2025 inclusive.
3. Eligibility to participate
Only natural persons who are at least 18 years old and register as a verified PTA in the Orange Salamander app during the promotional period are eligible to participate.
Employees of Meneiti GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
4. Participation and Prize
Participation is automatic upon verified registration in the app during the specified period.
An e-bike worth approximately 1,500 euros will be raffled off among all verified new registrations.
The prize is non-transferable, and cash payment is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded.
5. Notification and prize settlement
The winner will be notified exclusively via email to the address provided during registration.
If the notified person does not respond within 7 days, the prize is forfeited and will be raffled again.
6. Selfie campaign and donation
As part of the campaign, there is the opportunity to voluntarily take a selfie with the salamander and forward it independently to colleagues.
Important:
This selfie will not be sent to Meneiti, stored, or processed.
Meneiti does not transmit or collect any personal data in connection with this action.
As a sign of social commitment, Meneiti GmbH will donate 1 Euro to the Midnight Sun School in Ghana for every participation in the selfie campaign – regardless of whether or to whom the selfie is forwarded.
7. Data protection
For the purpose of conducting the prize draw, Meneiti GmbH processes the data provided during app registration, in particular email address and time of registration.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract for the execution of the prize draw).
No additional data processing takes place in connection with the selfie campaign.

8. Liability
Meneiti GmbH is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.
Any further liability, in particular for technical malfunctions, is excluded.
9. Premature termination or modification
Meneiti GmbH reserves the right to terminate or modify the competition prematurely for important reasons, for example in the event of technical problems, force majeure or legal reasons.
10. Applicable Law
German law applies exclusively.
Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the prize draw.
